摘　　要：新医改的不断推进使医疗联合体再次成为热点,各地探索方兴未艾。在其实效尚未得到有效验证的背景下,检索有关新闻媒体对医疗联合体的报道和评论,分析医疗联合体构成,对其发展历程、面临挑战等方面进行探究。研究发现医疗联合体实效及内部利益权衡以及政策完善是其面临的主要挑战。提出应加快医疗联合体实效研究;出台并细化联合体发展政策,削弱医疗保险和基本药物制度壁垒;医疗联合体应建立统一转诊标准,明确内部各方利益,以减少阻碍,促进其长久发展。With the continued promoting of the new health care reform ,the medical consortium again has become a hot topic drawing a lot of academic attentions and explorations .Information of reports and comments on medical consortium from media was retrieved and its composition was analyzed in order to review its history and challenges in terms of effectiveness . The study showed the effectiveness ,internal trade‐offs and policy improvement were the main problems .Therefore ,the authors proposed to speed up effectiveness research of medical consortium ,refine the development policy ,and eliminate barriers of medical insurance and essential drug system .In addition ,referral standard criteria should be established and the internal interest of all parties should be identified and protected in order to reduce obstacles and sustain the long‐term development of medical consortium .
