摘　　要：在传统公钥加密中，证书管理的代价难以承受。为了解决密钥托管问题，以及提高加密和认证的效率，需要一种高效的无证书多签密方案。该方案采用一种不使用双线性对的无证书多签密方法。将无证书签密方案引入多用户环境中，可以使效率得到有效的提高。In traditional public key encryption, the certificate management is not cost-effective. In order to solve the problem of key escrow and improve the efficiency of encryption and authentication, this paper proposes a more efficient certificate-less signcryption scheme, which uses the signing method without bilinear pairings and certificates. To introduce no certificate signing secret scheme into multi-user environment, can effectively improve the efficiency.
