中心药房药品位置码的建立与效果评估

摘　　要：目的:建立中心药房药品位置码,探讨其应用及效果评估。方法:首先优化中心药房药柜的摆放和药品分类放置,在HIS系统中根据药品位置设置药品位置码。药房人员在调配药品时,根据药品位置码即可快速、准确地取到药品。结果:位置码经过一年的使用,明显提高了中心药房的工作效率,护士取药等待时间从原来的6 min减少到2.5 min,减少了58.33%,工作人员从原来的7人减少到现在的4人,减少了42.86%;差错率大幅下降。结论:通过实际工作的检验,位置码的实用性、合理性、有效性的特点得到了充分体现,在中心药房的药品调配工作中取得了良好的效果。Objective： To discuss the application and effect evaluation of drug position code in central pharmacy. Methods： The display of drug cabinets and the display of drugs according to classification in central pharmacy were optimized, and then the drug position code was set up on the basis of the position in HIS system. The pharmacy staff can get the medicine quickly and accurately according to drug position code when dispensing drugs. Results： After a year＇s application of position code, the work efficiency in central pharmacy was greatly improved. Nurses＇ waiting time for fetching medicine was lessened by 58.33%, from 6 minutes to 2.5 minutes, and the staff was reduced by 42.86%, from 7 persons to 4 persons, and the error rate was decreased dramatically. Conclusion： The utility, rationality and efficiency of position code were fully demonstrated during the application in actual work, and good results were achieved in drug dispensing in central pharmacy.
