《临床用药须知》放射性药物中存在的问题

摘　　要：目的:列出《临床用药须知》放射性药物一章中存在的问题,为修订《临床用药须知》提供参考。方法:通过仔细研读《临床用药须知》,查阅文献并进行分析比较,列出《临床用药须知》放射性药物一章中存在的具体问题。结果:《临床用药须知》放射性药物中存在用量错误、药品名称不规范、术语不规范、用语不规范及书写错误等问题。结论:2010年版《临床用药须知》放射性药物一章问题较多,不利于指导放射性药物临床用药,应及时修订提高。Objective： To list the problems existing in the chapter ＂Radio pharmaceuticals＂ in Drug Clinical Application Guidelines, and provide a reference for revision. Methods： Through careful study of Drug Clinical Application Guidelines, review of literatures and comparative analysis, the specific problems existing in the chapter ＂Radio pharmaceuticals＂ in Drug Clinical Application Guidelines were listed. Results： Problems existed such as dosage errors, non-standardized drug names, technical terms and expressions, and spelling mistakes. Conclusion： The chapter ＂Radio pharmaceuticals＂ in Drug Clinical Application Guidelines （version 2010） has many problems, and is not approriate for guiding clinical application of radio pharmaceuticals, which should be revised timely.
