甘肃不同地区市售青黛监督抽验质量考察

摘　　要：目的:对甘肃省不同地区市售的青黛进行监督抽样检验,考察青黛质量。方法:按照《中国药典》2010年版一部方法,对从13个地州市抽样的41批青黛进行性状、理化鉴别,水溶性色素检查,靛蓝、靛玉红含量检验,并增加了水溶液的酸碱性、脂溶性色素的检查。结果:监督抽检的41批青黛样品中21批不符合规定,其中11批属于劣质品,10批属于伪制品。结论:建议加强青黛质量监管,规范炮制工艺,完善质量标准。Objective：In order to survey the quality of indigo naturalis, evaluation test of 41 batches of indigo naturalis sold in different areas of Gansu was conducted. Methods：The character, physiochemical identiifcation, water soluble pigment check, and contents of indigo as well as indirubin of the 41 batches of indigo naturalis sampled from 13 areas in Gansu were examined and determined according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia （2010 I）. Inspection of acid-base aqueous solution and fat soluble pigment was also conducted. Results：The results showed that 21 batches did not meet standards, and among them, 11 batches were bad varieties and 10 batches were adulterant. Conclusion：It is suggested that the quality supervision of indigo naturalis should be strengthened, the processing technology be regulated and the quality standard be improved.
