摘 要:浅水导管架平台拆除时必须对桩腿进行切割,切割前都是采用外排泥方式清除桩腿管内淤泥和杂物,但外排泥会受到潮水和回淤的影响。针对这一问题设计了一套适用于桩腿内排泥的装置,并根据实际桩腿尺寸、水深、泥质等条件确定内排泥装置的排泥管尺寸、喷嘴直径和数量以及气举气体压力和流量等参数。渤海测试结果证明,本文设计的内排泥装置排出污水含泥量高、冲力大,可以保证桩腿内壁面没有残留泥土,能够满足目前该区域导管架平台桩腿内排泥的需求。The steel pile of jacket platforms in shallow waters must be cut during decommissioning. The mud disposal operation would be affected by the slack water and backfilling when we remove the mud and debris in the pile with outside pile dredging. In order to solve the problem,we designed a device for inner pile dredging and determined the size,diameter and quantity of the nozzle,gas pressure and flow rate of the device according to the pile size,water depth and mud condition. The field test in Bohai sea shows that this inner dredging device has the capacity of handling high mud content and high impact,which ensures the inner wall of the pile free of residual mud and meets the demand of inner pile dredging.
