摘  要:目的老年性耳聋已成为影响老年人生活质量的重要因素,通过本篇综述可以更好地了解老年性耳聋防治进展。方法在Pubmed,Science,Medline,CINAHL数据库搜索老年性耳聋预防、治疗的相关文献并进行系统分析、归纳总结。结果本文共引用了48篇文献资料,发现老年性耳聋在传统防治方法上近10年并无太大进展;而听觉辅助装置,如助听器、人工耳蜗、人工中耳等近10年发展很快并且已广泛应用于临床;干细胞移植技术及基因治疗技术对老年性耳聋的防治的基础研究也取得很大进步。结论虽然目前在老年性耳聋的防治方面已取得很多成就,但仍任重道远;基因治疗及干细胞移植技术在老年性耳聋防治上拥有广阔前景。Objectives To better understand latest advances in prevention and treatment strategies of presbycusis. Meth- ods Articles were identified through online search of the Pubmed, Science, Medline, and CINAHL, as well as a manual search. Studies that explored the treatments and prevention of presbycusis were included. Results A total of fourty-eight articles were re- viewed. 1. Development in traditional treatment of presbycusis is limited in the recent 10 years. 2. Listening assisting devices such as hearing aids, cochlear implants and middle ear implants have been widely applied to patients in many countries. 3. Great progresses have been made in gene therapy and stem cell transplantation in recent years. Conclusion More work is needed to manage presbycusis. Gene therapy and stem cell transplantation may offer effective management of presbycusis someday.
