摘　　要：随着中国信息化进程的加快,网络已经全面涉及社会的政治、经济、文化等各方面。党的建设也面临着许多的新情况、新问题,如何利用网络信息技术推进党务工作,是新形势下中国共产党与时俱进的必然选择。然而,目前我国的电子党务建设还处在初级阶段,存在认识误区、领导缺乏、应用层次低、人才不足等问题,迫切需要从思想认识、统一领导、人才建设等方面加以改进和完善。With the accelerated process of China＇s information, the network has been fully involved in all aspects of political, economic and cultural. Party building is also faced with many new situations and new problems, and how to use information technology to promote the party work network is an inevitable choice of the party in the new situation continues to develop and grow, to achieve the target times. However, the construction of China＇s electronic party is still in its infancy, there are many misunderstandings, lack of leadership, low application level, lack of personnel and other issues, the urgent need from their understand- ing, unified leadership to improve and perfect talent building.
