摘  要:目的研究金黄色葡萄球菌对消毒剂的抗性及其对抗菌药物敏感性恢复的可能性。方法采用定量杀菌试验和药物敏感试验,对连续传代培养20次的金黄色葡萄球菌标准株抗消毒剂情况和用血液增菌管连续传代培养20次的三种亚致死量筛选的菌株和耐药菌株的药物敏感性恢复情况进行了观察。结果用亚致死剂量的消毒剂筛选出的金黄色葡萄球菌对含碘消毒剂、含氯消毒剂和生物酶等三种消毒液的抗性有轻微增强。经诱导出的青霉素和红霉素的金黄色葡萄球菌耐药菌株,血液增菌管传代30次,其敏感性没有得到恢复。临床分离的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌经血培养传代45次,其耐药性没有改变。结论亚致死剂量的消毒液可诱导出金黄色葡萄球菌抗性菌株,强化营养传代培养30次未使其耐药性降低。Objective To study the resistance of Staphylococcus aureus to disinfectants and the possibility of antibiotic sensitivity of recovery. Methods The quantitative germicidal test and drug sensitivity test were used to observe the resistant disinfectants situations of the standard S. aureus strains with continuous subculture 20 times and the drug sensitivity recovery of three kinds of sublethal screening strains with blood enrichment tube continuous subculture 20 times and the resistant strains. Results There was a slight enhanced resistance with a sublethal dose of disinfectant screened S. aureus on three kinds of disinfectant including iodine disinfectants,chlorine disinfectants and biological enzyme. The resistant strains of S. aureus that induced by Penicillin and Erythromycin and passaged 30 times in blood enrichment tube had not recovered its sensitivity. The clinical isolates of Methicillin- resistant S. aureus that passaged 45 times in blood culture had not changed its resistance. Conclusion The sublethal dose of disinfectant can induce S. aureus resistant strains and the resistance does not decrease after strengthen nutrition subcultured 30 times.
