摘  要:目的了解丽水市部分综合性医院麻醉机通气系统内部管路的细菌污染状况,为预防全麻醉术后医院感染提供依据。方法通过现场采样与细菌学检验技术,对浙江丽水市16家医疗机构麻醉机通气系统内部管道细菌污染状况进行了监测。结果从16家医疗机构96台麻醉机共采样288份,细菌总数超标139份,超标率为45.83%。麻醉机通气系统内部管道中钠石灰罐、进气口和出气口处细菌污染超标率依次为43.75%、43.75%和57.83%。检出细菌总数最高者达到104cfu/cm2以上,部分标本检出真菌。结论丽水市医疗机构麻醉机通气系统管路内部细菌污染严重,有必要加强专项管理,消除医院感染隐患。Objective To understand the bacterial contamination condition in internal pipeline of ventilation system of anesthesia machine in part of general hospitals in Lishui,so as to provide the basis for preventing nosocomial infection after operation under general anaesthesia. Methods Through in situ sampling and bacteriology inspection,16 Lishui medical institutions were monitored for the bacterial contamination status in internal pipeline of ventilation system of anesthesia machine. Results A total of 288 samples were taken from 96 anesthesia machines of 16 medical institutions. In 139 samples,the total number of bacteria exceeded the standard,with the exceeding rate of 45. 83%. Bacterial contamination rates at soda lime tank,air inlet and air outlet in internal pipeline of ventilation system of anesthesia machine were 43. 75%,43. 75%and 57. 83% respectively. The maximum total number of bacteria reached more than 104 cfu / cm2,and some specimens were even detected of fungi. Conclusion There is serious bacterial contamination in internal pipeline of ventilation system of anesthesia machine in Lishui medical institutions,so it is necessary to strengthen the special management to eliminate the risk of nosocomial infection.
