摘　　要：目的了解云南省各级妇幼医疗保健机构消毒灭菌质量现状,为加强此类医疗机构消毒管理工作提供依据。方法通过现场采样和实验室检测,对全省各级妇幼医疗保健机构的消毒灭菌质量进行监测和评价。结果共监测196家妇幼医疗保健机构,采集不同消毒对象标本4 541件,消毒效果平均合格率为92.27%。省级妇幼医疗保健机构合格率为96.77%,县级机构合格率为90.99%。不同监测对象中,合格率较低的有室内空气和紫外线灯,分别为79.20%和86.46%;无菌器械质量合格率为96.79%。结论云南省各级妇幼医疗保健机构消毒质量差别较大,无菌器械合格率值得关注,特别要加强室内空气卫生管理。Objective To investigate the situation of disinfection and sterilization quality of medical and care institutions for women and children＇s health in Yunnan Province,and to supply the evidences to enhance the management ability in these kind medical institutes. Methods The disinfection and sterilization quality of medical and care institutions for women and children＇s health in Yunnan Province were surveyed and were estimated with the same methods of samples collected and tested. Results Altogether 196 medical and care institutions for women and children＇s health were surveyed and 4541 samples were tested. The overall eligible rate was 92. 27%. The eligible rate of province level was 96. 77%,and the eligible rate of county level was 90. 99%. For different samples,the two samples with lowest eligible rates were air and ultraviolet lamp,which were 79. 20% and 86. 46% respectively. The eligible rate of the sterile medical devices was 96. 79%. Conclusion The distribution of disinfection and sterilization quality in different medical and care institutions for women and children＇s health in Yunnan Province is imbalance. The quality of the sterile medical devices should be considered and the management of quality of air should be enhanced especially.
