不同类别化学指示剂对压力蒸汽灭菌监测的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较不同类型化学指示剂对压力蒸汽灭菌监测的效果,为科学选择评估方法提供参考。方法通过对压力蒸汽灭菌效果的实际监测应用,比较常用的三类化学指示剂监测结果的准确性,并对结果进行统计分析。结果所参照的压力蒸汽灭菌生物指示剂的D值为1.75 min,ST值为6.3 min,KT值为16.8 min。五类化学指示卡在121℃、128℃和135℃温度下,均达到了上限时间指示卡全部合格,下限时间指示卡全部不合格。进口或国产四类化学指示卡在规定的上限时间和温度条件下,全部合格;在下限时间和温度条件下,全部不合格。结论目前国内外批准在中国市场销售的压力蒸汽灭菌四类和五类化学指示剂均可用于现行压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌监测。Objective To explore the monitor of sterilization effect of differene kinds of chemical indicator for pressure steam sterilization, and provide basis for scientific selection. Methods Statistics methods was used to compare the accuracy of the sterilization monitoring effect of three kinds of pressure steam sterilization integrating indicators by real survaillance. Results The D value, survival time（ST） value and kill time （KT） of referenced pressure steam sterilization indicator were 1.75 min, 6. 3 rain, and 16. 8 rain respectively. The super limit sterilization time of the class five indicators were all qualified, and the lower limit sterilization time were all unqualified under the temperature of 121℃, 128℃ and 135℃. The import and China - made Class four indicators were all qualified under the regulated super time and temperature and all unqualified under the regulated lower time and temperature. Conclusion The Class four and five pressure steam sterilization indicator sailing on Chinses market can be used for monitor the sterilization effect of autoclave.
