摘 要:目的研究过氧化氢汽雾消毒机对不同性质载体上细菌杀灭效果。方法采用模拟现场消毒试验方法,对某过氧化氢汽雾消毒机杀灭不锈钢、玻璃、布、聚四氟乙烯等4种材料载体上细菌的杀灭效果进行观察。结果在实验舱内空气中过氧化氢浓度为358 mg/m3条件下作用120 min,对布片和玻片上金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌杀灭率均达到99.9%以上;对不锈钢片和聚四氟乙烯片上金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率为99.8%,对大肠埃希菌杀灭率达到99.9%以上。在过氧化氢相同浓度下现场消毒试验中,该过氧化氢汽雾消毒剂机除对玻璃台面自然菌消除对数值仅0.85之外,对不锈钢表面和塑胶地面上自然菌消除对数值均达到1.0以上。结论过氧化氢汽雾对不锈钢和塑料载体上细菌杀灭较布片和玻璃片难,而玻璃表面自然菌亦较难杀灭。Objective To evaluate disinfection efficacy by hydrogen peroxide vapor disinfectant system to the bacteria on different materials. Methods Stimulated field test was used to compare germicidal efficacy of vapor hydrogen peroxide to different bacterial carriers( stainless steel,glass,cotton fabric and Teflon). Results The killing rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on cotton fabric and glass carriers were both above 99. 9%. The killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus on stainless steel and Teflon were 99. 8%,but for Escherichia coli were 99. 9%. Under the same hydrogen peroxide concentration,the killing logarithm value of natural bacteria on glass was 0. 85,and the values reached to 1. 0 for stain steel surface and plastic floor. Conclusion The bactericidal ability of vapor hydrogen peroxide is weaker to the bacterial on stainless steel and Teflon than on cotton fabric and glass. And it has weak action to natural bacteria on glass surface.
