摘 要:目的研究高强度紫外线对临床常见致病菌杀灭效果,以获得最佳杀菌剂量。方法采用营养琼脂平板培养法,对紫外线直接照射培养基平板表面细菌的杀灭效果进行观察。结果用14 000μW/cm2紫外线,在距离10mm条件下照射3 s,对接种在平板上的耐药鲍曼不动杆菌达到完全杀灭;照射5 s,对接种在平板上的大肠埃希菌达到完全杀灭;照射8 s,对接种在平板上的耐药铜绿假单胞菌可达到完全杀灭;照射15 s,对接种在平板上的耐药大肠埃希菌、耐药肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和耐药或非耐药屎肠球菌均可达到完全杀灭。结论该治疗仪安装的紫外线灯对营养琼脂培养基表面部分常见致病菌具有快速的杀灭作用,但杀菌效果不稳定。Objective To observe the bactericidal effect of clinical common bacteria by UV irradiation, and gain the opti- mal bactericidal dose. Methods Agar culture methods was used to observe bacterial effect of irradiated ultraviolet to clinical common bacteria on medium. Results By 14 000 μW/cm^2UV and 10mm distance for 3s, Baumamii on agar culture medium were all killed. E. coli bacteria on agar were all killed for 5s, P. aeruginosel were all killed for 8s, resistant E. coli bacteria, resistant K. pneumoniae, S. aureus, and resistant or sensitive E.faecium could completely kill for 15s. Conclusion Clinical common bacteria inoculated on agar culture medium could be killed quickly by irradiated ultraviolet, but the killing effect was unstable.
