摘 要:目的观察三种常用化学消毒剂对胃镜污染的乙肝病毒消毒效果。方法采用PCR检测方法,对酸性氧化电位水、邻苯二甲醛和戊二醛等三种化学消毒剂消除胃镜中残留乙肝病毒的效果进行观察。结果污染HBVDNA阳性血清的胃镜,仅经过规范清洗程序,即可有效清除镜体表面污染的HBV-DNA达99%以上,可有效清除内腔污染的HBV-DNA达99.99%以上。在常规清洗的基础上,酸性氧化电位水和5 500 mg/L邻苯二甲醛浸泡5 min,对污染在胃镜表面的HBV-DNA灭活率为91%以上,对胃镜内腔HBV-DNA灭活率为100%;戊二醛浸泡10 min,对胃镜表面HBV-DNA灭活率为86.76%,对胃镜内腔HBV-DNA灭活率为100%。结论胃镜清洗质量决定了消毒效果;在污染胃镜的清洗过程中,外表和内腔清洗同样不容忽视。Objective To observe the clearance effect of HBV by three different chemical disinfectants applied respectively on the gastroscope contaminated by hepatitis B virus serum. Methods PCR was used to observe the killing rates of HBV on gastroscope after manual washed and disinfected by lectrolyzed oxidizing water( EOW),ortho- phthaldialdehyde( OPA)and glutaraldehyde( GA) respectively. Results Manual cleaning have the significant effect on both outside and lumen of the HBV- DNA polluted gastroscope,the clearance rate were above 99% and 99. 99%. On the basis of standard washing,EOW and OPA( 5 500 mg / L) could kill 91% and above HBV- DNA outside of gastroscope and 100% HBV- DNA in lumen of gastroscope when they working for 5 min. At the same condition,GA could kill 86. 76% HBV- DNA outside of gastroscope and 100% HBV- DNA in lumen of gastroscope. Conclusion Cleaning quality determines the effect of disinfection,both the outside and lumen of gastroscope should be concerned similarly when they would be washed.
