某市城区托幼机构消毒质量调查

摘　　要：目的了解城市市区托幼机构消毒卫生工作状况,监测消毒质量,为提高托幼机构卫生消毒管理水平提供参考。方法采用资料调查的方法,对沈阳市五城区2011-2013年托幼机构的消毒监测报告进行总结与分析。结果 2011-2013年各年度消毒质量合格率依次分别为88.17%、85.68%和83.11%,公立托幼机构消毒质量合格率依次为88.68%、88.12%和90.03%,民营托幼机构消毒质量合格率依次为87.70%、83.61%和77.07%,前者略高于后者。在各类监测对象中,物体表面、室内空气和工作人员手卫生质量合格率分别为77.34%、87.96%和85.04%。结论该城市近3年托幼机构消毒质量合格率均偏低,公立托幼机构合格率略高于民营托幼机构。Objective To understand the hygiene condition of disinfection in urban nurseries and kindergartens,monitor the disinfection quality and provide reference for improving management level of disinfection. Methods Data investigation was used to analysis report on disinfection surveillance of urban nurseries and kindergartens from 2011 to 2013 in 5 urban district of Shenyang. Results The annual qualified rate of disinfection quality from 2011 to 2013 were 88. 17%,85. 68%and 83. 11% respectively. During the 3 years,the qualified rate of disinfection quality of public nurseries and kindergartens was 88. 68%,88. 12% and 90. 03% respectively,higher than the qualified rate of disinfection quality of private nurseries and kindergartens which was 87. 70%,83. 61% and 77. 07% respectively. Among all kinds of monitoring objects,the qualified rates of disinfection quality of object surface,indoor air and hands of working staff were 77. 34%,87. 96% and85. 04% respectively. Conclusion The qualified rates of disinfection quality in urban nurseries and kindergartens were relatively low,and the rate in public nurseries and kindergartens was higher than that in private nurseries and kindergartens.
