摘  要:目的建立消毒产品亚急性毒性试验SD大鼠血液生化正常参考值范围。方法采用全自动生化分析仪及血细胞分析仪检测方法,对模型SD大鼠的12项血清生化指标及18项血液学指标进行评价,建立正常参考值范围。结果 SD大鼠10项血清生化指标雌雄性别差异显著(P<0.05),其中丙氨酸氨基转移酶等3项指标为雄性大鼠高于雌性;总蛋白等7项指标为雄性大鼠低于雌性。SD大鼠8项血液学指标也存在雌雄性别差异(P<0.05),除平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度雄性大鼠低于雌性之外,白细胞等其余7项血液学指标均为雄性高于雌性。结论试验模型大鼠中多数血液生化指标存在雌雄性别差异,本研究建立的SPF级SD大鼠的血液生化正常参考值,可为消毒产品毒性评价提供参考。Objective To establish the normal reference ranges of hematology and blood biochemistry of SD rats in subacute toxicity test of disinfection products. Methods Twelve biochemical items and eighteen hematology items of model SD rats were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer and hematology analyzer to establish the normal reference ranges. Results Ten biochemical items of SD rats were significant different between males and females( P 〈0. 05) : three items like Alanine Aminotransferase( ALT) of male were higher than those of female; seven items like total protein( TP) of males were lower than those of females. Eight hematology items were significant different between males and females( P 〈0. 05) :seven items like white blood cell( WBC) of males were higher than those of females; mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration( MCHC) of males was lower than that of females. Conclusion Most of the hematology and blood biochemical items are significant different between males and females. In this study we establish the normal reference range of hematology and blood biochemical of SD rats in SPF situation,which can provide reference for toxicity test of disinfection products.
