改进清洗消毒流程对消化内镜消毒效果和感染防控效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究改进消化内镜清洗消毒流程,以提高消毒效果和医院感染防控效果。方法通过细菌定量检测和医院感染监测方法,对改进内镜清洗消毒流程的效果进行了观察。结果改进前消化内镜和活检钳消毒效果合格率分别为75.0%和78.1%,消化内镜诊疗患者医院感染率为1.0%。改进清洗消毒流程后,消化内镜和活检钳的消毒效果合格率分别98.0%和100.0%,消化内镜诊疗患者未发生医感染病例。结论改进消化内镜清洗消毒流程有效提高了消毒效果和医院感染防控效果。Objective To study on the improvement of the digestive process of cleaning and disinfection of endoscope,in order to improve the disinfection effect and the hospital infection prevention and control effect. Methods The monitoring method of quantitative detection of bacterial infection were used to observe the improve the process of cleaning and disinfection of endoscope effect. Results The qualified rate were 75% and 78. 1% respectively before improving digestive endoscopy and biopsy forceps disinfection effect in patients with gastrointestinal endoscopy,and the hospital infection rate was1%. After improved cleaning and disinfection process,disinfection effect of digestive endoscopic biopsy forceps and qualified rate were 98% and 100% respectively,gastrointestinal endoscopy in patients had not the occurrence in medical cases.Conclusion Improvement of the process of cleaning and disinfection of digestive endoscopy is effective in improving the disinfection effect and the hospital infection prevention and control action.
