摘　　要：目的监测沈阳市托幼机构卫生质量状况,为制定有效监管措施提供科学依据。方法通过回顾性分析方法,对沈阳市部分托幼机构卫生质量进行评价。结果收集2011-2013年期间托幼机构不同监测对象检测结果1 890份,卫生质量平均合格率为92.17%。2011-2013年各年度合格率依次为90.16%、91.43%、94.92%。公立托幼机构平均合格率为96.30%,私立托幼机构平均合格率为89.07%。结论沈阳市各级托幼机构日常卫生状况较好,公立托幼机构好于私立托幼机构,应加强对私立托幼机构监管力度。Objective To monitor the hygienic quality status of kindergartens in Shenyang,and to provide scientific basis for taking the effective prevention and control measures. Methods The retrospective analysis method was used to evaluate the health quality of some kindergartens in Shenyang city. Results The monitoring results of 1 890 copies among different monitoring objects during nurseries were collected from 2011 to 2013. The average pass rate of the sanitary quality was92. 17%. The annual pass rates were 90. 16%,91. 43%,94. 92% respectively in year 2011- 2013. The average pass rate of the public kindergartens was 96. 30%,the average pass rate of the private kindergartens was 89. 07%. Conclusion The daily hygiene condition of different levels kindergartens in Shenyang is good. The public kindergartens are better than the private kindergartens,so the supervision of private kindergartens should be strengthened.
