摘　　要：低氧诱导因子1可调控其下游相关因子表达,从而促进心肌梗死区局部血管形成、促进细胞增殖、改善细胞能量代谢并能抑制细胞凋亡,进而增加有效心肌细胞数量,改善心肌梗死后心室重构。为缺血性心脏病的治疗提供了新的思路。Hypoxia-inducible factor 1 （HIF-1） regulates certain downstream gene expression, thus promotes anglo- genesis, proliferation, metastasis and inhibits apoptosis, then increase the quantity of effective myocardial cells and improve ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction. This may provide a novel strategy for the therapy of is- chemic heart disease.
