先天性心脏病法洛四联症合并心血管畸形的双源CT血管成像评价

摘　　要：明确先天性心脏病法洛四联症合并心血管畸形的双源CT(DSCT)血管成像特点。经过对99例法洛四联症DSCT血管成像资料进行回顾性分析,结果发现除典型法洛四联症之外,还有房间隔缺损27例(27.27%),动脉导管未闭14例(14.14%),肺动脉瓣二叶畸形11例(11.11%),冠状动脉起源及走行异常18例(18.18%),右位主动脉弓22例(22.22%),永存左上腔静脉12例(12.12%),主动脉弓下无名静脉8例(8.08%),肺静脉异常9例(9.09%)。DSCT能清楚显示法洛四联症及其合并心血管畸形的病理解剖细节。The aim of this study was to clarify characteristics of cardiovascular malformation in patients associated with tetralogy of Fallot（TOF）by using dual-source computed tomography（DSCT）angiography.We retrospectively analyzed DSCT angiography of 99 consecutive patients with TOF.In addition to typical CT features of TOF in all patients,the DSCT angiography showed 27cases（27.27%）of atrial septal defect,14cases（14.14%）of patents ductus arteriosus,11cases（11.11%）of bicuspid pulmonary valve,18cases（18.18%）of congenital coronary artery malformation,22cases（22.22%）of right aortic arch,12cases（12.12%）of persistent left superior vena cava,8cases（8.08%）of retro-aortic innominate vein and 9cases（9.09%）of pulmonary venous anomalous.DSCT is capable of displaying anatomical characteristics of cardiovascular malformation in patients with TOF.
