摘  要:分析沉钒废水脱除氨氮过程中汽提脱氨塔结垢形成原因,主要是由于在高温、碱性条件下,沉钒废水中钙、镁离子极易与水中碳酸根、氢氧根、硅酸根等离子发生复杂反应,形成钙镁垢。提出解决脱氨塔结垢措施:1向沉钒废水中加入质量比例0.02%的阻垢分散剂KL101;2采取定期清洗汽提脱氨塔管道、换热器、鲍尔环填料等方法。通过实施以上措施后,汽提脱氨塔运行周期由不足7 d提高到40 d以上,实现长周期、安全稳定连续运行,脱氨后的沉钒废水NH3-N浓度不大于30 mg/L,达标排放。The reasons of scaling in the ammonia stripper for the ammonia and nitrogen removal from the ammonium vanadate precipitating waste water were discussed in this paper. The main cause was found to be the formed calcium and magnesium scaling in the ammonia stripper by the complex chemical reactions between the calcium magnesium ions and carbonate,hydroxide,silicate ions under high temperature and alkaline conditions. The countermeasures for solving scaling were also proposed as follows: 1Adding the scale inhibitor KL101 to vanadium precipitation wastewater with weight ratio of 0. 02%; 2Regularly cleaning the pipelines,heat exchangers and Pall ring in the ammonia stripper. After the implementation of the measures mentioned above,the operating period of the ammonia stripper increased from less than 7 days to more than 40 days,which achieved long-term,safe and stable continuous operation with less than 30 mg /L NH3-N in the waste water after ammonia removal and satisfying the discharge standard.
