改良莎氏术联合可调式蛙式石膏固定治疗先天性髋关节脱位临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨改良莎氏术联合可调式蛙式石膏固定治疗先天性髋关节脱位的临床疗效。方法先天性髋关节脱位患者89例(102髋)随机分为2组,对照组41例(49髋)应用改良莎氏手术联合传统石膏固定治疗,观察组48例(53髋)应用改良莎氏术联合可调式蛙式石膏固定治疗,比较2组临床疗效、并发症发生率以及治疗终结时髋臼指数正常率。结果观察组治疗优良率为91.67%,并发症发生率为6.25%;对照组分别为70.73%、46.34%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗终结髋臼指数正常率(94.34%)高于对照组(63.27%)(P<0.05)。结论改良莎氏手术联合可调式蛙式石膏固定治疗先天性髋关节脱位疗效确切。Objective To observe the effect of modified Zahradnicek procedure plus modified frog-type plaster immobilization on congenital dislocation of hip in children.Methods Totally 102 hips in 89 children were randomly divided into observation group（53hips in 48patients）and control group（49hips in 41patients）.Control group received modified Zahradnicek procedure plus conventional plaster immobilization and observation group received modified Zahradnicek procedure plus modified frog-type plaster immobilization.The clinical effect,complications and the acetabular index after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The excellent rate and the incidence of complication were 91.67% and 6.25%in observation group,significantly different from those in control group（70.73%,46.34%）（P〈0.05）.Then acetabular index was higher in observation group（94.34%）than that in control group（63.27%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The modified Zahradnicek procedure plus modified frog-type plaster immobilization is effective for congenital dislocation of hip in children.
