摘　　要：车辆唯一性检查是对机动车的号牌号码、车辆类型、品牌/型号、颜色、发动机号码、车辆识别代号（或整车出厂编号）及主要特征和技术参数进行核查,以确认送检机动车的唯一性。车辆唯一性认定是打击走私、盗抢、非法拼（组）装机动车等违法犯罪行为的第一道防线和有效手段,机动车安全技术检验必须予以重视。本作业指导书从检验项目与评价指标、检验方法等几个方面做了重点阐述。Vehicle identify inspection is to confirm the uniqueness of vehicles by checking plate number, vehicle type, brand/ type, color, engine number, vehicle identification number （or vehicle factory number） and the main characteristics and technical parameters. It＇s the first line and an effective method to against illegal and criminal behavior, such as smuggling, theft, robbery, illegal assembly and so on. So vehicle identify inspection must be paid more attention. This paper mainly introduces the inspection items, evaluation indexes and inspection methods.
