摘　　要：目的：：评价5－氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法（ ALA－PDT）联合CO2激光治疗阴道尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法：84例阴道尖锐湿疣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组42例，所有患者经CO2激光治疗去除疣体。治疗组患者加用ALA－PDT治疗，每1~2周1次，共3次。结果：3个月后，治疗组和对照组复发率分别为11.90％和57.14％，差异有统计学意义（ P〈0.01）。两组患者均无不良反应。结论：ALA－PDT联合CO2激光治疗阴道尖锐湿疣可显著降低复发率。Objective：To assess the efficacy of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic （ALA-PDT） combined with CO2-laser therapy in the treatment of vaginal condyloma acuminatum （ VCA） . Methods：Eighty-four patients with VCA were divided into the treatment group and the control group. All the patients were treated with CO2-laser therapy. The patients in the treatment group were treated with additional 5-ALA-PDT, once every 1 to 2 weeks, for 3 times. Results： The recurrence rate in the treatment group and the control group were 11. 90% and 57. 14% respectively after 3 months follow-up, with a significant difference （ P〈0.01） . There was no adverse reaction in all the patients. Conclusion： ALA-PDT combined with CO2 laser therapy is effective and safe in reducing the recurrence of VCA.
