城镇化中的“城乡一体型”农村新社区探析

摘　　要：在城镇化推动下,乡村社区逐步分化与转型。作为一种新型社区,城乡一体型农村新社区既保留着一定的传统农村社区特征,又具有现代城市社区的部分功能,是我国乡村社会现代化的重要表现。城乡一体型农村新社区是转变社会中社会力量释放、个体自由发展的新场所,是城乡基层社会的重要链接点,城乡一体化发展及构建新型城乡关系的支撑点。城乡一体型农村新社区在推动城乡社会协调发展、实施城乡基本公共服务均等化、实现社会和谐稳定与城乡社会融合,优化基层治理方面发挥着重要作用。不过,由于制度、体制、社会条件等诸多因素的影响,当前城乡一体型农村新社区的功能发挥并不完善,进一步发挥其在城镇化进程中的作用,还须进行相应的改革。In promoting urbanization, rural communities are gradually differentiated and transformated. As a new type of community, a new urban-rural integrated rural community not only retains some features of traditional rural communities, but also has some features of modern urban communities, this is an important manifestation of China＇s rural social modernization. The new urban-rural integrated rural community is a new place during the transformation of society in which it can release power and realize free development of individuals; it also can be viewed as an important link between urban and rural areas, the important connection of grassroots communities between urban and rural, and the strong point in building new urban-rural relations. New urban-rural communities play an important role in promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural society, the implementation of urban and rural equalization of basic public services, and the achievement of social integration and urban-rural social harmony and stability. However, based on the impact of the systemic, institutional, social conditions and other factors, rural community under the current integrated urban-rural system is not perfect, it also needs to implement some relative reforms in order to play its role in the process of urbanization.
