葡萄牙共产党构建社会联合体系思想评析

摘　　要：20世纪80年代中后期以来,葡共根据国际国内形势的重大变化,制订了"先进民主"纲领。葡共认为,不排除非和平方式,但主要通过和平与民主的方式,把议会斗争与群众斗争有机地结合起来,构建社会联合体系,建立由民主进步力量、爱国志士广泛参加的反帝反垄断社会斗争阵线,在实现"先进民主"的基础上逐步过渡到社会主义,是葡萄牙革命的现实道路选择。葡共认为,构建社会联合体系,建立反帝反垄断社会阵线,应当建立基本的社会联盟,构建政党联合体系,加强在反对帝国主义的斗争中国家之间的合作,加强各国共产党之间的团结与国际合作。葡共的构建社会联合体系思想是灵活运用马克思主义关于无产阶级革命策略思想的有益尝试,具有鲜明的特点。Since the mid and late 1980 s, according to major changes in the international and domestic situation, the PCP has formulated the program of ＂advanced democracy＂. The PCP holds that, not excluding non-peaceful means, but mainly through peaceful and democratic means, it is necessary to organically combine the parliamentary struggle with mass struggle in order to build social union system, to establish anti-imperialist and anti-monopoly social struggle front in which progressive forces of democracy and patriots largely participate in, then gradually transit to socialism on the basis of achieving ＂advanced democracy＂, which is a realistic choice for Portugal revolutionary road. The PCP believes that building social union system and the front against imperialism and monopoly needs to establish basic social alliances and party union system, strengthen cooperation between the countries against imperialism and enhance the unity and international cooperation among the Communist Parties. The thought of PCP＇s building social union system is a helpful attempt to f lexibly use Marxism in making the strategies of the proletarian revolution, which has distinctive characteristics.
