摘　　要：双半内圈双列角接触球轴承设计时,需要在一定的轴向负荷下控制双半内圈端面的间隙量。在分析了零件间几何关系的基础上,总结出一套间隙量的计算和测量方法,简便快捷,方便实用,保证了设计和生产要求。When designing double row angular contact ball bearing with double half inner ring, it was necessary to control the clearance amount of double half inner ring end under certain axial load. On the basis of analyzing the geometrical relationship between parts,a set of method for calculating and measuring clearance amount was summarized, which was simple and convenient in use, so that the requirements on design and production were guaranteed.
