摘　　要：目的了解厦门市职业危害情况。方法收集整理2004—2013年职业有害因素监测资料进行统计分析。结果 2004—2013年厦门市职业有害因素总合格率整体呈上升趋势,平均合格率为88.28%,其中毒物合格率最高(97.56%),其次是粉尘(88.87%),物理因素合格率最低(72.99%);2010—2013年内资、港澳台和外资企业的总合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各年度的外资企业监测合格率均最高。结论 2004—2013年厦门市职业有害因素总合格率呈上升趋势,说明企业职业卫生工作在不断改善。[Objective]To understand the status of occupational hazards in Xiamen City. [Methods]The monitoring data about occupational hazard factors from 2004-2013 were collected and statistically analyzed. [Results]The total qualified rate of occupational hazard factors in Xiamen City from 2004-2013 showed a rising trend with the average qualified rate of 88.28%. The qualified rate of toxic substances was the highest （97.56%）, followed by dust （88.87%）, while the qualified rate of physical factors was the lowest （72.99%）. There was statistically significant difference in the total qualified rate among domestic-funded enterprises, HK-Macao-Taiwan companies and foreign enterprises（P〈0.05）. The annual qualified rates of foreign enterprises were the highest from 2004-2013.[Conclusion]The qualified rate of occupational hazard factors has increased gradually in Xiamen City from 2004-2013, reflecting a promotion on occupational health work of enterprises.
