摘  要:目的通过远程在线监控技术的应用,进一步提升饮用水卫生监督监测、应急处置工作效能。方法利用"危害分析关键控制点"(HACCP)管理原理,对供水单位做现况调查,找出饮用水卫生安全关键控制点,对关键控制点用远程在线监控技术进行管控,对管控效果进行评价。结果饮用水生产过程中,水源及取水口防护、水处理工艺、消毒、水质检测这4个环节为关键控制点;应用远程在线监控技术后,供水单位总体卫生合格率由原来的53.3%提高到80%,水源水、出厂水水质合格率分别由原来的64%提高到88%,68%提高到92%。结论饮用水卫生HACCP远程在线监控技术能大大提升饮用水卫生监督监测和应急处置工作效能,能有效预防饮用水污染事件的发生。[Objectlve]Through the application of remote online monitoring technology, to further improve the working efficiency of health supervision, monitoring, and emergency disposal of drinking water.[Methods]Based on the principle of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point(HACCP), the cross-sectional investigation was conducted in water supply units, to find out the critical control points of drinking water health and safety, carry out the management and control on the critical control points by the remote online monitoring technology, and the effect of management and control was evaluated.[Results]In the production process of drinking water, protection for water resources and water intake, water treatment technology, disinfection, and water quality testing were the four critical control points. After the implementation of remote online monitoring technology, the overall hygienic qualification rate of water supply units increased from 53.3% to 80%, the qualification rate of source water increased from 64% to 88%, and the qualification rate of finished water increased from 68% to 92%.[Conclusion]HACCP-remote online monitoring technology for drinking water hygiene can greatly improve the working efficiency of health supervision, monitoring, and emergency disposal of drinking water, and effectively prevent the occurrence of drinking water pollution incident.
