舒适护理模式在口腔科的临床应用

摘　　要：目的研究舒适护理模式在口腔科的临床应用效果。方法抽取2012年8月至2013年8月在我院接受治疗的150例口腔患者,随机挑选其中75例患者作为观察组,采取舒适护理模式进行治疗;其余75例患者作为对照组,采取常规护理模式进行治疗。治疗结束后,调查两组患者对护理方式的满意度和对口腔医疗常识的掌握情况。结果相比对照组,观察组患者对护理方式满意度更高,对医疗常识的掌握情况更好,两组患者的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理对于口腔疾病的治疗具有较好的效果,患者更加满意,有效提高了治疗质量。Objective To study the clinical application of comfortable nursing effect of dentistry. Methods Extraction August 2012 to August 2013 in our hospital treated 150 cases of oral patients, 75 patients were randomly selected as the observation group, take comfort care model for treatment;rest as a control group of 75 patients taking conventional care model for treatment after the end of treatment, the patient satisfaction survey two ways to care and oral health knowledge to grasp the situation.Results Compared to the control group, the observation group got higher satisfaction with nursing, medical knowledge to grasp the situation better, the difference between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Comfort care for the treatment of oral disease with good results, patients are more satisfied, which can improve the quality of treatment.
