摘　　要：目的探讨呼吸训练和心理干预在双源螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查中的应用价值。方法把患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组采取提前预约的方法,于检查前1小时对患者集中实施干预,对照组按预约的时间先后于检查过程中随机告知需注意的问题。结果接受护理干预的467例冠状动脉CT成像的患者图像质量明显高于常规护理检查的400例患者。结论在双源螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查前对患者进行适当的、细致科学的护理干预和呼吸训练能消除紧张情绪,稳定心率,能明显提高检查成功率。Objective We aimed to investigate the application value of respiration training and mental intervention on image quality of coronary angiography （ CAG ） under dual source CT （ DSCT ） .Methods Dividing the patients into experimental group and control group.Patients in the experimental group was gathered and intervened one hour before CAG by appointment, however, the notices were randomly mentioned to the patients in control group during CAG according to their appointment time.Results The success rate was increased significantly of patients who received nursing intervention.Conclusions Careful and scientific nursing intervention and respiration training can eliminate tension emotion and stabilize the heart rate and increase the success rate of CAG.
