摘　　要：配套用书中的主体用书和辅助用书、文献的不同版本、丛书(多卷书)中的各个分册,它们之间存在着相互呼应的关系,深入揭示文献之间的内在关系可以实现书目数据的共建共享,更好满足读者的需求。基于此,编目员需要具有高度负责的敬业精神,认真查看文献实体,仔细辨认并提炼出有用的书目信息,保证检索字段准确完备、附注字段详细清楚,精心著录,做好每一条书目数据。There are corresponding connections among the main reference and the auxiliary reference in a set of books, different editions of a book and different volumes of a series （multiple volumes）. Further revealing inner connections among different literatures could help to realize the co-construction and sharing of bibliographic data, and satisfy readers＇ needs better. Based on this, the cataloguer should have the professional dedication with highly responsibility, check the literature entity seriously, recognize and extract useful bibliographic information carefully, make sure the completeness and the accuracy of the search field and the subsidiary field, catalogue carefully, in order to do well in every bibliographic data.
