摘 要:热流耦合算法计算含有冷却水管的大体积混凝土温度场时,无需在水管处细化网格,网格划分方便,且可精细模拟水温的沿程温升及水管附近混凝土温度场,但需逐对耦合流体单元的附加节点与同一位置的混凝土节点来模拟冷却水与混凝土之间的对流换热,比较麻烦。对此,特描述了热流耦合算法模拟冷却水与混凝土之间对流换热的本质,并提出了一种新的方法来模拟冷却水与混凝土之间的对流换热,即用nummrg,all命令代替耦合来模拟冷却水与混凝土之间的对流换热。实例应用结果表明,新方法与传统耦合方法的计算结果相差不超过2%,由此验证了新方法可行、正确,为热流耦合算法在实际工程中的应用提供了参考。When thermal-fluid coupling method is applied to calculating temperature field of mass concrete with cooling pipe,it does not need refined mesh in the place of pipe and is convenient to generate mesh,as well as can simulate water temperature ascent along cooling pipe and temperature field of concrete near to cooling pipe carefully.But it needs couple fluid element additional nodes with concrete nodes in the same place one by one to simulate convective heat transfer between cooling water and concrete,so the process is complex.Therefore,this article points out the nature of simulating convective heat transfer between cooling water and concrete by thermal-fluid coupling method and puts forward a new method to simulate convective heat transfer between cooling water and concrete.That is a command called "nummrg,all",which replaces coupling to simulate convective heat transfer between cooling water and concrete.The case results show that the new method differs by less than 2%from the result of traditional thermal-fluid coupling method.So,it verifies the feasibility and correctness of the new method,which provides a reference for application of thermal-fluid coupling method to practical engineering.
