摘　　要：为客观、合理地进行施工企业项目经理绩效评价,提出了基于AHP-云模型的综合评价方法.采用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重,通过云模型实现定性表达与定量的互相转化,并运用相关计算逐级确定各级指标云,将最终评价云和云标尺对比分析得出项目经理绩效水平.通过实例验证了AHP-云模型在施工企业项目经理绩效评价中的可行性和有效性,为施工企业在此类评价中提供方法借鉴.A comprehensive evaluation method based on the cloud model and AHP was pro- posed to evaluate performance of the construction enterprise project managers objectively and reasonably. The index weight was determined by AHP and transformation between qualitative and quantitative was realized via the cloud model. Using related calculation to determine the cloud of each indicators progressively. Then the performance level of project managers will be got through the comparison between the final evaluation cloud and the scale cloud. AHP- cloud model was validated by an example,also providing reference value to the construction enterprise.
