摘  要:从根际土壤微生态环境了解对桑黄化型萎缩病不同抗性的桑树品种的根系生理活动,为进一步探讨根系分泌物介导的根际土壤微生态环境对桑树抗病能力的影响提供依据。检测结果表明不同抗病性桑树品种根际土壤的重金属含量、酶活性存在差异。中抗、高抗桑树品种根际土壤中的硝酸还原酶活性显著高于易感品种;中抗桑树品种根际土壤中的亚硝酸还原酶活力达到0.072 U/g,显著高于高抗和易感品种。不同抗性桑树品种根际土壤中的酸性磷酸酶和硝酸还原酶活性与重金属Ni的含量呈显著正相关,与Cu和Pb的含量呈显著负相关;亚硝酸还原酶活性与Cr的含量呈显著负相关。基于微生物16S rRNA扩增产物的DGGE图谱显示,不同抗性桑品种的根际土壤微生物群落结构存在一定的差异。综合分析表明,抗性强的桑树品种其根际土壤中的硝酸还原酶活性较高,重金属含量较低,微生物群落结构也存在特异性,而抗性弱的桑树品种其根际土壤中的重金属含量较高;根际土壤中的酸性磷酸酶活性与桑树的抗病性关系不大。Root physiological activity of mulberry varieties with different resistance levels to mulberry yellow dwarf disease was studied from the angle of micro-ecological environment in rhizosphere soil so as to provide guidance for further exploring the effects of micro-ecological environment in rhizosphere soil,which mediated by root exudates,on mulberry disease resistant ability. The results showed that the heavy metal content and enzyme activity in rhizosphere soils of different resistant mulberry varieties were different. The nitrate reductase activity in rhizosphere soil of moderately and highly resistant mulberry varieties was significantly higher than that of sensitive mulberry variety. The nitrite reduc-tase activity in rhizosphere soil of moderately resistant variety reached 0. 072 U / g, being significantly higher than that of highly resistant and sensitive mulberry varieties. The activities of acid phosphatase and nitrate reductase in rhizosphere soil of different resistant mulberry varieties were significantly positive correlated with the content of heavy metal ion Ni,and was significantly negative correlated with Cu and Pb contents. The activity of nitrate reduction was significantly negative correlated with Cr content. DGGE profile of microbial 16 S rRNA amplified products showed that the microbial community structure in rhizosphere soil of different resistant mulberry vari-eties was different. In summary,the rhizosphere soil of resistant mulberry varieties had higher nitrate reductase activity,lower heavy metal ion content and specific microbial community structure,while the rhizosphere soil of sensitive mulberry varieties had higher heavy metal ion content. In addition,acid phosphatase activity in rhizosphere soil had little relationship to mulberry resistance.
