摘 要:为降低整理剂用量且不影响整理织物的亲水性,采用端氢硅油和烯丙基聚醚缩水甘油醚为原料,合成环氧基封端型聚醚聚硅氧烷,并应用于蚕丝织物抗皱整理。研究聚硅氧烷链段摩尔质量对整理剂表面活性及整理织物抗皱性能的影响,结果表明:整理剂环氧基封端型聚醚聚硅氧烷具有表面活性功能,随着聚硅氧烷链段摩尔质量的增加,整理剂的表面饱和吸附量逐渐下降,当聚硅氧烷链段摩尔质量为726 g/mol时,整理织物的干、湿折皱回复角最大。通过单因素试验研究抗皱整理工艺条件对整理效果的影响,得出较为适宜的工艺条件为:整理剂用量5 g/L,催化剂Na2S2O3用量1 g/L,焙烘温度140℃,焙烘时间5 min。在该工艺条件下,整理的蚕丝织物具有良好的抗皱性能。与疏水性的环氧基封端型聚硅氧烷整理剂相比,新合成的整理剂用量少,整理织物具有与之相当的抗皱性能且亲水性好。In order to reduce the dosage of finishing agent and keep the hydrophilicity of silk fabric after anti-crease finishing,epoxy group-terminated polyether polysiloxane was synthesized by using hydrogen-terminated silicone oil and allyl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene epoxy ether as raw materials,and was applied in anti-crease finishing of silk fabric.The influences of molar mass of polysiloxane segment on surface activity of the finishing agent and wrinkle resistance of the finished silk fabric were studied. The results showed that the finishing agent had surface activity,and the saturated adsorption capacity on the surface of finishing agent decreased with the increase of molar mass of polysiloxane segment.When the molar mass of polysiloxane segment was 726 g / mol,dry crease recovery angle and wet crease recovery angle of the finished silk fabric reached their highest values. The influence of technological conditions on anti-crease finishing effect was studied through single factor experiment. The optimal conditions of finishing process were as follows: the dosage of finishing agent was 5 g / L,the dosage of catalyst Na2S2O3 was 1 g / L,the curing temperature was 140 ℃ and the curing time was 5 min. Under this optimal technological condition,the silk fabric finished with double epoxy group-termi-nated polyether polysiloxane had good wrinkle resistance.Compared with the hydrophobic finishing agent epoxy group-terminated polysiloxane, the dosage of the new synthesized anti-crease finishing agent was decreased.In addition,the finished silk fabric had similar wrinkle resistance and good hydrophilicity.
