摘　　要：《朱仙镇新河记碑》对于研究贾鲁河水运与朱仙镇商业兴衰变迁之间的相互关系有重要价值。按《朱仙镇新河记碑》所载道光二十三年的黄河大水是朱仙镇水运衰落的转折。光绪八年新疏浚的贾鲁河道由王堂新河、李牧岗至张市镇两部分构成。贾鲁河河道的变迁是导致朱仙镇商业衰落的根本原因。The stone table on the new rivers of Zhuxianzhen has the important value to research relation- ship between the water carriage condition of the Jialu fiver and the change of commercial prosperous and de- pression. According to the record of it, the flood of the 23the year of Daoguang reign was an important turn of the water carriage depression of Zhuanxianzhen. The 8th year of Guangxu reign the new Jiaolu fiver course was composed of Wangtangxin river and the river from Limugang to Zhangshizh river course was the fundamental reason that leads to the trade depression en county. The change of the Jialu of Zhuxianzhen.
