妇复春协同^(131)I治疗妇女更年期Graves病临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨更年期妇女毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿(GD)患者妇复春胶囊替代治疗的方法、剂量、疗效观察及法则。方法研究组(A组)与对照组(B组)各100例。A组每例口服131I及妇复春,B组只服131I。半年为一观察疗程。对比两组的症状、血清甲状腺激素、性腺激素及骨密度测定。结果治疗后以上测定,A组均优于B组。结论妇复春有效,无副作用,可推广应用。Objective To find the methods, dose, curative effect and rule of the Fufuchun （Medroxyprogesterone acetate capsules） in menopausal women suffering from Graves disease （GD）. Method There where 100 patents in each of study group （group A ） and control group （group B）. Group A took 131I and Fufuchun, while group B took 131I only. Symptoms, thyroid hormones, gonadal hormones and bone density were determined before and after treatment. Result All the results show group A were better than group B. Conclusion The effect of Fufuchun is good, and it is worthy to apply further.
