摘 要:应用高速摄像系统和电信号采集平台观察、分析了高气压环境下脉冲MIG焊的熔滴过渡过程。高压环境对熔滴过渡过程有很大负面作用,电流电压波形紊乱,峰值电流波动性变大,还有低电压等不稳定情况发生;U-I相图集中程度不高,边缘族线不清晰,随着压力增加相图呈发散趋势;熔滴过渡过程有喷射过渡、短路过渡和大滴过渡等多种过渡形式,并且熔滴尺寸不一,形状各异。观察分析脉冲MIG焊熔滴过渡过程,有利于高气压环境下焊接工艺的优化和改善。Based on the high speed video system and electrical signals analyzing system, it was observaed and analyzed for the unstable phenomenon of droplet transfer of pulsed MIG welding in hyperbaric environment.Experiments had confirmed that the hyperbaric environment had negative effects on droplet transfer. The current and voltage waveform were confusion, the peak current was not stable and there was some instability phenomenon such as low voltage. The U-I figure was not concentrate and the edge lines was not clear, as the pressure was increased and the U-I figure showed diverging trends. The droplet transfer contained various form such as spray transfer, short circuit transfer and globular transfer, the droplet size and shapes were different. Studying on the unstable phenomena of droplet was helpful to the improvement of the welding technology in hyperbaric environment.
