后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的:研究后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术的临床效果。方法:收集我院泌尿科2011年1月到2014年3月住院的肾囊肿患者50例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各25例,试验组应用去顶减压术,对照组应用传统的开放性手术,观察两组的治疗效果。结果:与对照组相比,试验组中手术时间比对照组手术时间长,术中出血量、住院时间、术后胃肠功能恢复时间以及术后下床活动时间都比对照组短或者少,其中术中出血量、住院时间以及术后胃肠功能恢复时间在两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组主要的不良反应有术后感染、胸膜炎以及术后复发等,经过统计学检验两组之间不良反应发生率之间的差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:后腹腔镜下应用去顶减压术治疗肾囊肿对患者的创伤小,术中出血量少,疗效明显,恢复快等,可以作为临床上治疗肾囊肿择优的方法。objective：to study the laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing decompression after clinical effect.Methods：to collect the hospital urology hospitalized from January 2011 to March 2011 in 50patients with renal cyst,according to random number table method was divided into experimental group and the control group,each group of25 cases,experimental group applied to decompression,the control group used the traditional open surgery,observe the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：compared with control group,experimental group in the operation time is longer than the control operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and postoperative bed activity time is shorter than the control group or less,the intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay and postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time in the difference between the two groups have statistical significance（P〈0.05）;Two groups of major adverse reactions such as postoperative infection,pleurisy and postoperative recurrence,through statistical inspection incidence of adverse reactions between the difference between two groups has no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：laparoscopic application to top decompression for the treatment of patients with renal cyst on small trauma,less intraoperative blood loss,obvious curative effect,rapid recovery,eTc.,can be used as a clinical treatment for renal cyst optimal method.
