摘　　要：本文简要介绍了中国强制性产品认证制度和欧盟CE指令的市场监管体系,重点分析了二者在监管主体、对机构的监管以及对产品的监管等三个方面的差异。The market supervision systems of China compulsory certification and CE Directives of EU are briefly introduced in this article.And the differences between China compulsory certification and CE Directives of EU in supervisor,the supervision to organizations and products are analyzed emphatically.
