摘　　要：随着经济社会的进步,住户对工程质量的要求越来越高,不仅仅局限于工程的主体结构质量安全,目前住户更关心的是住房的使用功能、观感质量能否满足他们的要求。本文对住户投诉的热点问题墙面龟裂进行了机理分析,并提出了处理措施,对其它的类似工程有参考价值。Along with the economic and social progress.Residents on the quality of the engineering demand is higher and higher,Not only confined to the engineering quality and safety of the main structure,Currently resident was more concerned with the use function of housing、Visual quality can meet their requirements.In this paper, the residents to complain about the hot wall cracking mechanism analyzed,And put forward the treatment measures,Has reference value for other similar projects.
