摘　　要：强对流天气具有突发性强、强度变化大和破坏力强等特征,发生时常伴有大风、冰雹和雷阵雨等灾害性天气,对人们的生产和生活造成了严重的影响。根据强对流天气的特征,对雷阵雨天气、冰雹天气和大风天气对地面测报工作的影响进行了分析,并提出了做好强对流天气条件下地面气象测报工作的建议,有利于测报人员掌握在强对流天气条件下开展地面测报工作的技巧,从而提高测报质量。Strong convective weather has a strong burst of destruclave intensity charactenstacs such as Japan, me occurrence is often accompameo by high winds, hail and thunderstorms and other weather disasters, people＇s production and life caused a serious impact. According to the characteristics of severe convective weather, for thundershowers, hail and high winds affect weather forecasting work on the ground is analyzed and proposed to do the ground work under severe convective weather forecast weather conditions suggestion conducive to master the strong convective forecast skills to carry out the ground work under the weather conditions forecast to improve forecasting quality.
