摘　　要：随着机械制造业的不断发展,人们对传统钳工教学提出了新的要求。因此,中职教师必须树立教学一体化观念,创新教学方式、方法,努力将理论与实践相结合,从而为社会培养更多合格的钳工人才。With the continuous development of machines, people to the traditional teaching fitter put forward new demands. Therefore, vocational education teachers must establish the concept of integration, innovative teaching methods in an effort to combine theory and practice, in order to cultivate more qualified fitter talent for society.
