摘  要:以红土镍渣为基础,加入钙质材料制备蒸压材料。探讨了坯体的熟石灰掺量、水泥掺量、加水量和成型压力对蒸压材料抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明:熟石灰掺量≤20%时,抗压强度随着熟石灰掺量的增多而迅速提高;在保证熟石灰掺量的前提下,增加水泥掺量有利于提高蒸压材料抗压强度;加水量、成型压力的增大也有利于抗压强度的提高,加水量适宜范围为25%~30%,合适的成型压力为20MPa。This paper is about preparing nickel laterite acid leaching slag-based autoclaved material by adding calcium material. The influence of autoclaved material compressive strength with different addition of hydrated lime mortar, cement,water in the green body and the molding pressure on the green body are studied. The results show:when the content of hydrated lime≤〈20%,the com- pressive strength increased quickly as the content of hydrated lime grows;under the precondition of ensuring hydrated lime, with the increasing of cement-content, the compressive strength is improved;the increasing of water addition and forming pressure are also helpful to the compressive strength,the suitable range of water addition is 25%-30%,the better forming pressure is 20MPa.
