摘 要:介绍目前国内路桥中使用的高聚物改性沥青防水卷材及其施工工艺,分析了热熔铺贴前后改性沥青防水卷材的技术性能以及加热前后的性能变化。试验结果表明,高聚物改性沥青防水卷材经过热熔铺贴后,其在耐热性试验中,加热面下滑严重并有滴落现象;在低温试验(-30℃)条件下,加热面弯折时有非常严重裂缝,在-20℃时,加热面弯折时有明显裂缝;拉伸强度略有提高,但延伸率下降。通过对比生产线防水卷材和现场制备卷材的性能,从而得到了现场制备改性沥青防水卷材的优越性。Describes the high polymer modified bituminous waterproof sheet and the its construction process currently used in road and bridge construction in our country,the technical performance of modified asphalt waterproofing membrane before and after melt paving, and the performance change before and after heating were analyzed. Research shows that, after hot melt paving, the high polymer modified asphalt waterproofing sheet has serious slide heating surface and dripping phenomenon in the high temper- ature experiment;in the experiment at low temperature -30 ℃ under the experimental conditions,there is serious crack during heating surface bending,at -20 ℃,there is obvious crack during heating surface bending, the tensile strength increased slightly,but the tensile rate decreased. By comparing the production line produced waterproof material and on-site prepared waterproof materi- al, the superiority of site prepared modified asphalt waterproofing membrane was obtained.
