摘  要:本试验旨在研究过瘤胃保护胆碱(rumen protected choline,RPC)对肉羊生长、消化、血清指标以及肉品质的影响。选用24只杜湖杂交1代公羔,根据体重相近原则随机分成对照组、试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组(基础饲粮中分别添加0、0.25%、0.50%、0.75%RPC)。预试期15d,正试期60 d。结果表明:添加RPC对肉羊的干物质采食量无显著影响(P>0.05),显著或极显著提高了干物质、有机物和酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组显著或极显著提高了平均净增重(ANG)和平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.05或P<0.01),显著降低了料重比(F/G)和血清尿素氮含量(P<0.05),但是血清总蛋白(TP)、肌酐(Cr)含量和肌酸激酶(CK)活性都没呈现显著差异(P>0.05)。各试验组间屠宰率差异不显著(P>0.05),试验Ⅰ组较对照组减缓了羊肉宰后12h的pH下降速度,极显著降低了剪切力(P<0.01)。本试验中,在0.25%添加水平下,RPC有降低料重比,提高养分消化率,改善氮利用效率和羊肉品质的效果。The aim of this research was to study the effects of rumen protected choline ( RPC) on growth, di-gestion, serum indices and meat quality of lambs. Twenty four Doper&#×Hu F1 male lambs were randomly divid-ed into control group, group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ ( RPC level in diets was 0, 0. 25%, 0. 50% and 0.75%, respectively) according to similar body weight. The experiment had a 15-day pre-experiment and a 60-day experiment. The results showed that dry matter intake was not affected by RPC ( P〉0.05) , and RPC sig-nificantly improved apparent digestibility of dry matter, crude protein, organic matter, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber ( P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) . Compare with control group, average net gain and average dai-ly gain in group Ⅰ were significantly improved ( P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) , and feed to gain ratio and serum urea nitrogen content in group Ⅰ were significantly decreased (P〈0.05), while there were no significant differ-ences in serum total protein, creatinine contents and creatine kinase activity ( P〉0.05) . The dressing percent-age has no significant difference among groups, but group Ⅰ had significant lower shear force of meat ( P〈0.01) , and slowed down meat pH decrease rate at 12 h post-slaughter. It is concluded that the supplementation of RPC at 0.25% can decrease feed to gain ratio, improve nutrient digestibility, nitrogen utilization and meat quality.
