摘　　要：根据奥巴马2014年3月提交的2015财年联邦政府预算案,分析美国2015财年研发经费预算的投入结构、主要部门经费分布与研发计划,总结2015财年研发投入的主要特点,以及主要研发投入领域,提出一些需要关注的研发投入方向以及启示。According to the U.S.federal government’ s 2015 fiscal year budget which president Obama submitted in March 2014,the paper analyzed the investment structure of the America’s 2015 fiscal year R＆D budget,as well as the main department distribution and R＆D plans.Based on summarizing the main characteristics and the main fields of the R＆D investment in the 2015 fiscal year,it puts forward some focus points of R＆D direction and enlightenments.
