摘　　要：在回顾对外直接投资理论等相关文献的基础上,总结影响中国在中亚地区直接投资的各项经济因素和制度因素。以中亚国家2003年至2012年的面板数据为样本,就对外直接投资存量与各因素进行实证研究。研究发现,中国在中亚的直接投资首先是为了寻求低成本劳动力和广阔的市场规模,其次才是获取中亚丰富的油气资源;此外,中国企业倾向于在与中国监管质量、法律制度以及遏制腐败力度方面相类似的国家进行投资。Firstly,this paper summed up the economic factors and institutional factors affecting China＇s outward foreign di-rect investment in Central Asia,based on the review of OFDI theory and other relevant literatures.Furthermore,the empiri-cal research on foreign direct investment stock and various factors was conducted with the panel data of the Central Asian country from 2003 to 2012.The study found that China＇s FDI in Central Asia was to seek low -cost labor and the vast size of the market,followed by the motivation of getting rich oil and gas resources.In addition,Chinese companies tend to in-vest in those countries which have similar regulatory quality,legal systems and the containment corruption efforts with Chi-na.
